Hutchison Ports launches Customer Port2 May, 2019

Each day, the Logistic Industry demands more and more technological innovations ad-hoc to the challenges it pursues; a reason why Hutchison Ports Mexico is launching “Customer Port”, a platform designed to manage all client requests efficiently, in order to provide a positive service experience.
During the month of May, all the group terminals would have implemented the platform, which helps manage cases related to the customers’ day-to-day operations, such as information requests, clarifications, complaints, special inquiries, visits, and client projects.
Through “Customer Port” we will register all the inquiries we receive to keep a better record and follow-up, generating in return an email notification of each entry and closing. Using the ID number the client can follow-up on the issue when needed, and once it finalizes the client will be able to evaluate the attention received from Hutchison Ports.
